is an associate professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at NC State University. His research interests include stochastic modeling, applied probability, and queueing theory, with applications to health care, customer contact centers, manufacturing systems, transportation, and blockchain systems. He has published papers on Operations Research, Queueing Systems, Naval Research Logistics and other journals.
