Submission Instructions

  The conference will recommend some outstanding papers to SCI search journals or Chinese authoritative journals (China Management Science, Operations Research and Management).Papers or abstracts should be submitted to http://2020icitl.scimeeting.cn/cn/web/index/, and have not been published in other academic conferences, proceedings and journals.Conference papers are required to be written in English. Papers participating in the selection of outstanding papers in the journal must be written in Chinese or English according to the requirements of the journal. The submitted journal should be indicated when submitting.The outstanding papers that have not been selected will be published in the conference proceedings.If you do not receive a response within one week after submission, please contact the conference chair xuxiaofeng@upc.edu.cn.
